    Yes! Hippo Routine has a 7-day FREE trial, during that time you can explore and see for yourself if Hippo Routine can benefit your child.

    The first 7-days is on us! We have two subscription plan: monthly and annual subscription, with prices starting as low as £3.99/month.

  • image descriptionCan I add more than one child?

    Yes, of course you can! You can add an unlimited number of children.

  • image descriptionDo my children need a mobile phone?

    You can use it on 1 mobile and simply switch from ‘parent mode’ to ‘child mode’ or if your child has her/his own mobile you can simply install it on their device too and log-in with the same account.

    Yes, you can create your own routines adapted to your children. We also provide a set of ready to use routines.

    Yes, you can change time of any routine.

    Yes! In “parent mode” you are able to see which routine have been completed or skipped.

    All stars are awarded automatically by default; However, this can be changed in the settings. Note however that daily need to be accepted before midnight.

    We are all for positive parenting and rewarding children. However, you can choose not to reward a star for a given routine.

  • image descriptionHow do I cancel my subscription?

    Cancelling is easy! It however depends on your device (iOS or Android), it can be done through the app store. Find your Hippo Routine subscription and cancel it. If you have any issues, feel free to contact our support on support@hipporoutine.com at any time.
